5 out of 5 starsI am still transitioning after 3 weeks, today is my 1st day where it is starting to look better. For those like me with long curly hair. I found the transition bar very harsh on my hair. Leaving it super waxy, a fermented rice rinse helped loads, not rubbing the bar directly onto my hair and doing the 2nd wash with the C bar has made a big difference. It's a big commitment but I'm glad I started.

Our Products:
Our natural soaps are lightly scented using only essential oils. You will notice that the scent can be quite subtle when compared with mass produced soap, which tends to be heavily perfumed with artificial fragrances. The essential oils in our soap are active ingredients, meaning that their beneficial properties remain intact, and you will find that the scent expands and develops during use.
Our Policy on Additives:
Our soaps and shampoo bars contain only natural butters, oils, clays and botanicals, carefully chosen for their beneficial qualities. We do not use parabens, SLS (sodium laureth sulphate), PEG (polyethylene glycol), DEA (diethanolamine), siloxane (silicone), or any of the other surfactants, preservatives or artificial perfumes found in many commercial cosmetics.
Using Shampoo Bars:
There is often a transition period during which the impurities left by artificial additives and perfumes are cleansed out from your hair, and it normally takes more than one wash for your hair to settle down. Users in hard water areas may also experience this effect, in which case we recommend an apple cider vinegar rinse after use.
The effects of different shampoo bars can vary depending on each user's hair type, their reaction to different ingredients or underlying skin or hair issues. Please be sure to contact us for advice before ordering if you are unsure which product might best suit your requirements.

Shipping
All standard (non-custom) orders are sent via An Post. The default delivery option is Standard Parcel Post (without tracking and signature).
Buyers can also avail of the following options on request:
Registered Post (with tracking and signature), Next-Day Delivery within Ireland, and Expedited Delivery for all other countries.
We have no control over delivery times once orders have been sent - if there are delays or problems with delivery, please contact the relevant postal service.
Customers outside the EU area should take into account any additional tariffs, duties or other charges applied by their own jurisdiction - we're not responsible for these.
Additional policies and FAQs
Some of the products in our shop may not be in stock, in which case this will be indicated in the title and description. If you wish to have one of these made for you, note that the minimum order is one batch, equivalent to ten bars, as this is the minimum number we can make at a time. Please allow four weeks for curing before the order can be sent.
Wholesale and Custom Orders:
If you're a wholesale customer and want to place an order, we would be delighted to discuss the details with you.
We also prepare custom orders for private and business customers. A non-refundable deposit is payable in advance on all custom orders, amounting to 30% of the total order amount unless otherwise stated. The outstanding amount is to be paid once specifications have been discussed and agreed on. Shipping rates and carrier details will be agreed on with the customer.
If the customer wishes to amend the specifications of the order following payment, additional charges will be payable depending on the scope of the alterations needed.
Please allow for a lead time of 5-8 weeks on all custom orders.
Returns will only be accepted if the order is not as agreed or was not received in the condition it was sent. A refund of the payment (minus carrier charges and non-refundable deposit) will be made only if the order is returned to us in full and in the same condition it was received by the customer, and only if we are notified of any issues within five working days. Please note that we are not liable for additional postal fees or other charges or tariffs in the case of returned orders.
